Pelosi Demands New Pope Denounce President Trump And VP Vance In Unhinged MSNBC Rant

During a passionate segment on MSNBC last Friday, the progressive Democratic representative Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) criticized President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance, urging the recently elected Pope Leo XIV to denounce their immigration policies. Pelosi, known for her liberal stance on various issues that frequently attract criticism, persisted in her campaign against conservative perspectives, this time targeting the newly appointed American pope.

During an interview on “Chris Jansing Reports,” Pelosi made her most recent remarks, which were prompted by host Chris Jansing’s discussion of Pope Leo XIV’s notable history of anti-Trump and pro-immigrant statements. Prior to becoming pope, the Pope allegedly used social media to criticize President Trump and condemned the president of El Salvador for ridiculing the deportation of undocumented immigrants.

In a remarkable development, Pelosi urged the pope to directly challenge Trump’s immigration policies. Nevertheless, she overlooked a significant aspect — that Trump’s policies, which target the expulsion of criminal gang members and the enforcement of law, are designed to protect American citizens rather than penalize those escaping poverty or violence. This, however, appeared to be of little concern to Pelosi, who had different priorities. To her, it is the president and vice president, rather than the violent offenders, who deserve the majority of moral reproach.

The leftist congresswoman continued her critique by targeting Vice President JD Vance, specifically his remarks regarding immigration and family values. Vance contended that it was essential to prioritize the well-being of one’s family, neighbors, and fellow citizens — a position that Pelosi seemingly deems unacceptable. She believes this perspective necessitated a public condemnation from the newly appointed leader of the Vatican.

Pelosi commended the new pope’s alleged moral position on immigration, urging him to denounce Trump’s policy of ‘mass deportation.’ ‘I certainly hope so,’ Pelosi remarked. She further noted that the pope’s earlier statements reflected ‘his values and perspective on these matters.’ However, she appeared to disregard the pope’s genuine religious responsibilities and the intricate challenges related to immigration, instead prioritizing a progressive agenda amid a humanitarian crisis.

For Pelosi, the matter extends beyond the immigration debate; it involves choosing sides. She emphasized the significance of considering the perspectives of both elected officials and religious leaders on moral issues. However, Pelosi notably overlooked Pope Francis’s opinions on marriage, which contradicted her liberal views. Is this not a form of hypocrisy?

In conclusion, Pelosi clumsily referenced Pope Leo XIV’s affiliation with the Augustinian Order, contributing minimally to her argument. She stated, ‘St. Augustine holds significance for him,’ appearing to struggle to maintain the narrative. Ultimately, Pelosi’s insistence that the pope take a stance in the political conflict surrounding immigration was unmistakable: regarding illegal immigration and deportations, her focus seems to be on leveraging the church as a political tool rather than contemplating the larger moral issues involved.

The fundamental inquiry persists: will Pope Leo XIV uphold his role as a voice of reason, or will he succumb to the left’s influence to promote an agenda that overlooks the requirements of American citizens and lawful immigrants? Should Pelosi prevail, the latter scenario seems likely. Nevertheless, we can only aspire for the church to continue serving as a beacon of moral clarity rather than a tool for political expediency.

Killed 13 people in Russia after military plane hits building

A Russian military jet has crashed into a residential building shortly after taking off near the border with  Ukraine , sparking a major fire that has reportedly left at least 13 people dead, according to Russian news agency Interfax, citing a senior official. Video and photographs uploaded to social media on Monday showed a residential building engulfed in flames in Yeysk, a port and resort town in  Russia located just south of the Ukrainian city of Mariupol across the Sea of Azov. The Su-34 fighter-bomber crashed into the building shortly after take-off at the nearby Yuzhny airbase, the Russian defence ministry said in a statement. The cause of the crash was an engine fire that prevented the jet, which can be used on bombing runs or to engage other aircraft, from gaining altitude. The plane, which the ministry said was on a training flight, was carrying a payload that detonated after impact, preventing firefighters from reaching the fire for some time. Video showed at...
